I am an independent therapist based in North and Northwest London. I offer face-to-face, online, telephone, home visits and walking therapy. Online and telephone sessions are available worldwide, creating flexible access to support wherever you are.

I offer specialist support for adults and young people navigating ADHD (diagnosed or undiagnosed), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and trauma. Combining professional training with lived experience, my focus is not just on helping you understand these challenges, but on supporting you to move through them -- building stability, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

I am based in North and North West London, including Highgate, Highbury, Islington and Kentish Town. I offer face-to-face sessions as well as online and telephone therapy, making support accessible worldwide. Face-to-face sessions are £85.00, with online and telephone sessions at £65.00. I also offer some concessions to help ensure therapy remains inclusive and accessible.

I provide a warm, grounded and collaborative space where you can begin to feel safer in yourself. My approach is tailored to support you in breaking unhelpful patterns, regulating your emotions and nervous system, and processing difficult experiences so they no longer hold the same weight.

Whether you are looking for short-term support or longer-term therapy, I can help you work through trauma, attachment difficulties, and experiences such as abuse. I also offer walking therapy where possible, providing a more natural, movement-based environment for reflection and healing.

Alongside ADHD, OCD, and trauma, I support clients with anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, work stress, anger management, relationship and family challenges, recurring relationship toxic patterns, hormonal changes, single parenting and more.

I offer specialist support for survivors of abuse, with extensive experience in high-profile rape and sex trafficking cases. I work with clients impacted by sexual abuse, domestic abuse, complex PTSD, neurodiversity, perfectionism, panic, phobias, bullying, self-harm, and spiritual growth.

I see therapy as a collaborative process, shaped around your individual needs and goals. My aim is to help you feel more in control, more regulated, and more able to move forward in your life -- not just coping, but genuinely healing.
I offer sessions in the morning, daytime and a limited number of weekend and evenings to fit around your lifestyle.

I offer specialised therapy for adults navigating ADHD, OCD, and trauma. Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, I provide a compassionate space to help you make sense of your experiences, heal, and move towards a more empowered, balanced life. I also use approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support those experiencing OCD.
